Installing echomesh

On all platforms start by doing the following:
- Download the current code here
- Double-click the downloaded .zip file to expand it.
- Double click the directory that was just created.
Now, follow the instructions for your specific operating system.
Double click on the file named install-echomesh.sh.
You should see a window pop up with the following text:
echomesh has been installed.
Open a terminal window and type:
echomesh
to start the program.
Double-click on the file called "Install echomesh" and the Mac installer will do the rest.

You can now delete the downloaded .zip file and directory and go to the next step.
When there's a new update to echomesh, Updating echomesh will show you how to install it.
